Manda was only sixteen when Deke ran off knowing they were mates. He thought she was too young but how was he to know what the next four years held in store for him? Manda is a wonderful character, flaws included. Deke almost fits into the dark and brooding type. Thank goodness she is strong and committed. It also helps that his brothers encourage him to do the right thing. The heat is just right and the hot scenes fit into the story. If you like hot alien males, strong women and a little bit of intercourse you will enjoy reading this book. I received a free copy of this book and I am voluntarily leaving my honest review.

I love this series and have been wanting to read these characters story for a while, after meeting them in previous books. I wasn't disappointed. It explores a different and difficult scenario, what happens when a Detyan finds his Denya, but she is still a child. Great, engaging book that draw me in with a fantastic storyline with action and adventure and light suspense.

I enjoyed this new "Mated to the Alien" story! It's a good science fiction story with fated mates. I have enjoyed all of the Detyen stories they are interesting and intriguing stories about finding the Denya or paying the ultimate price. I like Manda and Deke's story. It's a fairly quick read that is intriguing and interesting. The story is nicely developed with action, adventure, suspense and great twists and turns.
