An action packed island romp with little seeming connection to the story lines of the main Diablo 3 franchise. Morbed shows us a flawed but nearly working team living out the super-natural results of their choices. The memorable characters and morally grey plot allow for a lot of reader reflection.

Very short 68 pages I think maybe a little less. But the writing is solid, it reads more like a thriller then a fantasy novel but it does combine the two very nicely. Overall I don't think you need to be a Diablo fan to read this it was a pretty good short read! Though I am a pretty big fan of the game so take what you will from this.

A clumsy, short story that doesn't really warrant being part of the world of Sanctuary. I did not enjoy the writing style, either.
