Sometimes when you have to make a life change it seems there is a huge mountain in front of you to climb in order to reach your goals. With this little cookbook that mountain turned into a little hill! This makes changing to gluten free bread so simple and delightful!.... and DELICIOUS!!!

Says Paleo but gluten free all purpose flour is not Paleo and it is in most of the recipes!

To make a thing gluten free minis the all purpose flour and trade it with almond or coconut flour.
