His to Defend is Elena Aitken's new romance and you definitely don't want to miss it. Nina is heading to Grizzly Ridge for her best friend's wedding and some much needed downtime to try to figure out what is next since losing her job and she is more than interested when she meets a sexy mountain man. Ryker realizes he is in so much trouble the very first time her sees Nina and knows that it can only be a one time thing because nothing good can come from a relationship between a grizzly shifter and a human. I'm looking forward to reading the next book in the series! I was given an ARC from the author/publisher. All conclusions are mine and mine alone.

First let me say, paranormal books are not my first choice. Nina and Ryker are one of my favorites so far. This is an easy read, there is much tribulation and angst along with the steam (of which there is plenty). This stand-alone is full of everything a romance junky craves. Put it at the top of your TBR list

It's a sexy, steamy story w/o too much angst. It's also not a cliffhanger, so enjoy if you like shifter stories!
