Great hacks to induce or improve one's sleep. I don't have a problem sleeping but my partner has one. This prompted me to get this book to see the things we can explore to have a better sleep. The tips are practical and the book explained each elements for a good sleep. Some are things that we do daily but didn't put too much attention that they help in our sleep. I can't wait to to practice the other tips presented in the book as well as share this to my partner.
