Tempted Hero

This is book three in The Retribution Games Series and it continues Beckett and Rialta's story. The Retribution Games are getting more and more deadly as each one is played but now Ri has a stalker as well to contend with but who is it and what do they want with her and lastly Beckett has seen a video of who killed Odette but he can't believe what he is seeing is it real or are games being played to put them off finding out who really killed her only time will tell. There are twists and turns along with danger, deceit, lies, action, drama, suspense, betrayal and many surprises that you don't see coming. Each book in this series is just getting better and better and i can't wait to read the next one to see what will happen next. This book takes you in right from the first page and keeps you on the edge of your seat until the last one and omg what another roller coaster ride of emotions and a cliff hanger ending that literally blows you away. The chemistry between them is so hot that you can feel it sizzling of the pages of this book and it is so addictive that you find yourself unable to put it down as it is a real page turner and a must read. Ella Miles is an amazing author and writer and she certainly knows how to keep her reader's attention while reading her books but just remember that you will need to read from book one to get all the background history as these books are not standalone ones. OMG, this series has had me so addicted and gasping as I read each and every page and impatiently await each new book that takes me to what I know will be a mind blowing conclusion. The characters of Beckett and Ri are the absolute best with their yin and yang, ebb and flow of their attraction. With each new secret revealed and each twist of an already twisted story, I am left to wonder whether they have a chance of ever getting their HEA. The writing of Ella Miles is so mesmerizing and she knows how to drag the most number of gasps and "oh no's" out of her readers. *** Free book for an honest review *** This is a must read third book in the series. I don’t think the author could top the last two books, but I was so wrong. This book gives it all and more. It grabs you with the action scenes involving the characters, holds your emotions at the insights into how they feel about each other and pain they suffer as neither see a way for them to be together and let’s not forget the hot or should I say extremely hot scenes when the two ignite the pages. The ending is not anything you would have expected and leaves on a cliff hanger saying no this can not be the way this book ends. *** Free book for an honest review ***
