About the author
Eva Markert lives in Germany and in the Netherlands. She is a retired grammar school teacher of English, French and German as a foreign language. She is also a state-certified translator and translates books from English, French and Dutch into German. In addition, she has some experience in proofreading and editing. Eva Markert writes books for children and young readers as well as novels and short stories, some of which are included in anthologies. She published most of her texts as an indie author. Two Christmas books for children appeared in a small publishing house.
