Ford and his father have always had a bit of a turbulent relationship Ford being, well Ford, can't help but do the opposite of what his dad wishes - which equates to 70% of Lena's job She's the PR for the Jacob family- a fixer if you will If you ask Ford she's the fun scrubber and the bear he loooves to poke When an opportunity presents itself for Ford to be free of taking over the family business and get his dad off his back for good he takes it. Even if it means a year married to the fun scrubber. He can do this. It's only a year Yeah... Dream big Ford 🤣 All the comedy, light angst, family, friends that are family, romance, just soooo many moments that evoke all the feels Don't pass this one up - Don't pass this series up

Loved it! At first I wasn’t too sure of Ford. I’ll admit I’m not the biggest fans of playboys but Ford sure did prove himself. I loved that these two had previous history and he got to prove himself to a lot of doubters. Also loved the relationship between him and Annabelle. She was so cute and adorable! Great book with amazing characters and I’ll be waiting for more!

In this book, I get to know Ford better. He has come so far from a player to be a single parent for his daughter. If I were Lena, I would fall for him too. Their relationship is build with a slow burn getting to know each other while they are in their fake relationships for their benefits. Aside from Ford's funny personality when he is with his best friends, the story is more intense than the first two because both Ford and Lena have their own issues. I also love his relationship with his friends and Lena get a benefit from it too because she is included in their circle now. I like Lena. She works hard to be his family's PR and with everything she had been through, she deserves it. Their love story is not easy but I love every minutes I am reading it. Now that the three (or four if we include Tweetie) hotties are taken, it is time to bring new players along and I can't wait for reading Ford's sister and his freneme's story!
