Very few books have I read more than once, I am ready to read this a 3rd time. My daughter has read it twice too. This book is overwhelming at times, & will bring you to tears several times & to joy. This book is about real life, a journey of pain, sorrow, heartbreak, forgiveness, healing, growth, intertwined with, hope, joy, love, passion, and new life. It is the valleys in life that make us appreciate the mountain tops but for some people like the main character, Sarah, the valleys are so deep, it feels like you have arrived in hell and there seems no way out.Thank the Lord we know who holds the keys. Her rescue from hell didn't come right away and sometimes our rescue tarries for years too but like Sarah's, it will come but first we must be willing and ready to accept His redeeming love.

An amazing, life changing story that was painful. But redeeming God’s grace was evident and so inspirational. Words are hard to put together to describe the feelings evoked. I cried many times, especially at the beginning because it was so painful, the treatment Angel endured and the broken person she was inside. So defensive and pulling into what she knew. Michael also broke my heart because he was trying to do what God wanted him to do and she kept rejecting him. Powerful, riveting, heartbreaking and redeeming. God's grace and mercy cannot be denied and we should always remember that..

This is a great book. To those who say it is to graphic to be a Christian book, welcome to life. Yes child prostitution is a thing that can't just be ignored because it's "unchristian." Why don't you Christians do something about instead of ignoring the issue. Yeah, there are some mild married sex scenes while she is fighting her demons. It happens! Don't get your panties in a wad! Sex is meant to be loved and cherished. God gave us that gift between marriage.
