About the author

As a Corporate HR Head and Recruitment Consultant, Gyan Shankar has years of direct hiring experience. He has interviewed engineers for appointment at entry level to higher up positions for many companies and institutions. He has a long association with reputed headhunters, recruiters, decisions makers, and HR professionals.

He holds the Masters Degrees and Post Graduate Diplomas. He is MBA (West Virginia), MA (double), PGDBM, FWOE, PGD-HRD, PGD-TD, and; LLB. He has been a faculty to B Schools and a lead speaker in seminars and workshops.
