About this ebook

Ministering to church volunteers is a largely neglected subject in many churches. Volunteers are often assigned to ministries without the proper support, training, appreciation, or restoration (when needed) to help them serve effectively. And it is in these moments when volunteers can become burned out, frustrated, and discouraged in the one place specifically purposed to bring liberty and freedom. STAR Power is a short discussion on four ways you can effecively minister to your volunteers. Lord willing, through the topics of Support, Training, Appreciation, and Restoration (STAR), you will receive simple, yet important principles to help you care for those who serve with you in the Lord's harvest...to the glory of God.
