This is a good addition to the "Ice Age Shifters" series. This one is about Nic, a Siberian tiger shifter, and Skyla, a dire wolf. Both are being held captive in an illegal auction house. This is a fast paced and captivating read with strong and likable characters. The plot is intriguing and develops nicely. I so enjoyed a good paranormal shifter romance. This one is full of magic, suspense, action, passion and more.

A short story in the Ice Age Shifters it is book three. Skyla Chekal is being held a prisoner of some nasty people, Siberian tiger shifter Nic Paletin is also a captive there. When they escape they get separated. the story kept me turning pages as they try to get back to each other in this engaging story. I received a copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Escape, Then Mate Skyla and her sister have been taken captive by shifter slavers. Nic, a Siberian tiger shifter, has also been captured. They’re both biding their time to escape and find each other - they know they’re mates. This story is about so much more than a “jail break” - there’s flying sleighs, talking cars, a mysterious sanctuary town (or two) and the same old enemies. I loved every fantastical bit of this story, and Skylar and Nic were perfect (and perfectly steamy!) together.
