I’ve been using Deep Sleep Meditation (the audio version)for a week and, for once, have been falling asleep quickly and staying asleep. You will be talked down into a very relaxed state which makes it easy to get sleep. My only worry is that Deep Sleep Meditation will become repetitious and less effective. Thus far I’ve found nothing else that does the job nearly as well.

A wonderful guide on Hypnosis and Meditation for Fast Sleep! This book has been a real revelation for me. Since I started reading it, my sleep quality has improved significantly.
