There is a great connection between getting enough sleep and eliminating stress and weight loss success. This book shows the reader how to use self guided hypnosis to relax from stress and enter deep sleep sooner. I think the author makes some really valid hypnosis that worked for me. There are also affirmations to help change your mind set.
