Baltar Xinzo is the pen of a writer and engineer who has embraced the freedom of writing fiction to jog the emotional intelligence of his readers. You may have realized that Baltar Xinzo is the pen name of a real human being, not a mere AI. He lives in Ottawa, Canada, with his wife and two lovely cats that make him company during his creative sessions. When not writing fiction, he is a research scientist, among other things.
