Comeback Route: Seattle Steelheads Football Romance Series: The Originals--A Game On in Seattle Sports Romance

I love my visits to Seattle and I love catching up with the Steelheads so I was excited to read Tyler Harris and Lavender Gerloch’s story which I believe was previously published as Roughing the Passer. Lavender has loved quarterback Tyler from the time they met, they have been a couple for many years and life is great so why won’t Tyler take their relationship to the next level. Lavender has come to a crossroads in her life and is Tyler is not going to commit, it’s time to walk away...... Will Tyler let the love of his life walk away or will he finally admit the feelings he has for her..... This is a wonderful romance, the chemistry this couple share is off the charts but what takes this book to another lever is the love they share. Comeback Route is heartfelt romance with all the feels, it touched me on so many levels and I was captivated from the first chapter and there was no putting down until I had read the final line. If you love sports romance this gem should certainly be on you radar and I highly recommend one clicking this great read.

5 star Review Comeback Route: The Originals (Seattle Steelheads #6) by Jami Davenport I believe that this book was previously published as Roughing the Passer. This is quarterback Tyler Harris and Lavender Gerloch’s story and it was one that drew me in and had me hooked from the first chapter. Lavender is madly in love with Tyler, they have been together for several years and yet he has not moved to make a commitment. Even though she still loves Tyler, she feels the time has come and has decided to cut her losses and walk away. Tyler is blindsided when Lavender tells him that it is over, she wants commitment and he doesn’t. Is Tyler about to loose it all or will he finally see that she is everything that he never knew he wanted? It’s time for Tyler to grow up and I have to say that it was an entertaining story to watch his journey to adulthood. The chemistry and love that is between these two is obvious and heartwarming and I loved that Lavender was prepared to risk it all and walk away. Another great addition to the series.
