I enjoyed reading A Nine-Month Attraction by Joanne Rock, book one in her Brooklyn Nights series, featuring Sable Cordero, a fashion stylist intern and Roman Zayn, silent CEO of the fashion house she’s working at. An unexpected encounter, a magnetic attraction, off-the–charts chemistry, was all it took for a mind-blowing, burn up the sheets, one night stand between Sable and Roman. Unable to stop thinking about each other, dreaming about their night together, wishing there could another night, Sable soon learns there is a consequence to that mind-blowing encounter. Roman goes all alpha, wanting to take care of Sable, support her, and maybe spend more time between the sheets. Sable is strong, independent, and determined to not be controlled. She already, had that man in her life, known as her ex-husband. Spending time together, Roman knows he has to convince Sable that what they have is real, a once in a lifetime feeling. Ms. Rock wrote a wonderful and emotional story that is definitely not to be missed. She provided a tale rich with off the charts chemistry, magnetism, wonderful dialogue, charming characters and the magic of love giving Sable and Roman a chance at love, happiness, and a future together as a family. I highly recommend A Nine-Month Attraction to other readers. I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book.

A Nine-Month Temptation is a sweet and quick read by Joanne Rock. It is the first book in a new series and I can't wait to see what is next. Sable and Roman are a great set of characters that you will enjoy all the way through. With a one-night stand and an unexpected pregnancy that will bring all the newest of a relationship to the forefront and a romance that will bring chemistry burning your kindle while reading it. Joanne Rock brings a great story to light. I highly recommend this book to anyone that enjoys a surprise pregnancy in their books.

This is a good story and a great start to the new "Brooklyn Nights" series. It is a fairly quick read about Sable and Roman. They share a night together that leaves them with an unexpected surprise. However, their relationship is a touch on the forbidden side. The story is nicely developed and well written. I really like the characters and things develop and grow between them. It is a good and steady read.
