About this ebook

EVIL TAKES MANY FORMS.
PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR CHARLIE PARKER HUNTS THEM ALL.
'Haunting, scary and addictive' Independent on Sunday

In the depths of the Maine woods, the wreckage of an aeroplane is discovered. There are no bodies. No such plane has ever been reported missing, but men both good and evil have been seeking it for a long, long time. Hidden in the plane is a list of names, a record of those who have struck a deal with the Devil. Now a battle is about to commence between those who want the list to remain secret and those who believe that it represents a crucial weapon in the struggle against the forces of darkness.

The race to secure the prize draws in private detective Charlie Parker, a man who knows more than most about the nature of the terrible evil that seeks to impose itself on the world, and who fears that his own name may be on the list. It lures others too. But as the rival forces descend upon this northern state, the woods prepare to meet them, for the forest depths hide other secrets.

Someone has survived the crash. Some thing has survived the crash. And it is waiting . . .

From the number one Sunday Times and multi-million-copy bestselling author John Connolly comes the most compelling and unsettling Charlie Parker thriller yet.

The Charlie Parker novels can be read and enjoyed in any order. The Wrath of Angels is the eleventh book in this globally bestselling series.

I liked the book until the end ...... what a fizzle that was... i seriously waiting for some awesome thrilling ending and I got nothing.... if a book is going to clam it's a thriller then it should actually be a bloody thriller ... i give this book a reluctant 3 stars

Once I start one of John Connolly's novels I simply can't stop till the end. Forced by life's intrusions at times and dread leaving it alone for a while.

A refresh read of 10 up before starting the new Charlie and then Angel and Louis. An aeroplane in the woods, all of the main and secondary players, a betrayal done for right reasons and loss. Excellent book.
