I am so happy to have this book because Barbara has made it easy to see how to get out of those moods. Its so easy to lose a good mood but now there is something I can use all the time to help me back whenever I need it!! I m glad to have a new angle on negative thoughts thank you Author!!!

Easy read and simple tips, but don't underestimate them, these simple tips enacted bring powerful results. This book came out when I was definitely at a low. I started using author techniques and definitely feeling much better!

I loved this book and have found it very useful. I have been reading it often and it has given me the push I needed to make changes to my life and to stop procrastinating. I love Barbara's work and find her inspiring.
