Pretty good and simple book. It's easy to read, but I guess it's just too basic and not comprehensive. Eventhough it's basic, all these tips might be your reminder when you start to overthink.

This book is awesome.. I am an overthinker and this book is a big help. This book is very easy to understand, presented with important points, examples, explanations, tips and trick. This is my favorite quotes from this book "Keep thing extremely simple". I learned every chapter in the book. Very helpful amazing written book about how the mind works.
