After the last several books I'd read of Ms. Barton's I was a little hesitant to start 'Clyde', the fourth book in her "Dalton's Kiss" series but I'm glad to say, this is more of what I've become accustomed to and expect from one of her books. Clyde and Gracie's characters were relatable. Of course, the danger, drama, and angst were still there but this book had the chemistry and passion mixed in as well which gave the storyline its soul. It's been a while, and a great many books, in between visiting this kiss but I was thrilled to get answers to what had happened to the queens some time back. It seems the mates to these vampires are getting stronger and more powerful as they come along. You'll be amazed by what Gracie has and I'm already intrigued with the little bit I've learned about Ramon's mate. I can't wait.
