Ekk! Seeing the Mulberry and Bossholes kids growing up is just so great! Another added book that combines both fun series together, this time focusing on the kids you grew to love in the series I really enjoyed revisiting the whole character list, but it was really nice to see more of the book from the kids perspective. I'm hoping this sets up even more books to come, because I especially want to read more about Charlie and Wyatt - they have both captured my heart for different reasons and I want to read more!

This story has such fun in it and is packed with plenty of emotions, the fun balances out the more serious side of the story, the sadness and the worry about potential heartbreak - I cannot wait to read more, I want to know how things work out for them all. As usual from this series, the relationships are strong, the connections are tight and the love that shines through makes me happy. A Very Mulberry Halloween is a sequel crossover and a second generation prequel all wrapped up in a fun Halloween themed novella. It’s a great way to catch up with some of your favorite characters and meet their kids as they navigate relationships as young adults. Haunted houses, hayrides, and pranks gone wrong make for a cozy book you’ll get lost in!

About the author

Kristin is the magic behind The Boys of Mulberry Lane. From this first series she has created an entire world for us to call home. Often you can find little “Easter Eggs” throughout her books as well as character crossovers.

She resides in Pennsylvania just outside Philly with her husband, children, and several furry friends. When she isn’t writing she enjoys sewing/crafting, reading, and spending time with her family camping and exploring nature. She also works part time in the operating room which grants the medical knowledge she shares in her books.

So how did Kristin come to be an author? The simple answer….boredom. While her husband was away for work after the little monsters had already been tucked snuggly in their beds, she sat down to dip into an idea that she thought would be “just for funsies”. Now, 40-ish books later you can find her up at all hours writing away, because who needs sleep anyway?
