Linda Prugh is a longtime member of the Vedanta Society of Kansas City, and currently serves as its secretary. She is a former English teacher and has an M.A. in Reading Education. She is the author of Josephine MacLeod and Vivekananda's Mission, and has contributed articles to Vedanta journals over the last 30 years. She has been active on the Greater Kansas City Interfaith Council since 2005.
Suzanne Schier-Happell is a full-time Instructor in the Religion and Philosophy Department at Otterbein University in Westerville, Ohio, teaching classes on Hinduism, Buddhism, and religion/gender. Suzanne received her M.A. in History and Critical Theories of Religion from Vanderbilt University in 2001, and her B.A. in Religion and Culture from Emory University in 1998. She also completed additional graduate work in Sanskrit and South Asian religions at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Currently, she is writing a doctoral dissertation—of which the research presented here is a small part—for Hindu University of America under the supervision of her most respected teacher, Swami Tyagananda. The late S. Jagadisan was a Professor of English at Presidency College (a prestigious post graduate institution in India) in Chennai, India. His articles on a variety of subjects include Swami Vivekananda and Sri Ramakrishna.
Sindhu and Joyesh are a couple based in Delhi. Sindhu is a high school teacher and Joyesh is a geologist by profession. Both are practitioners in the Sarada Ramakrishna tradition for more than 15 years.
Babaji Bob Kindler is the Spiritual Director of the SRV Associations with centers in Hawaii, Oregon, and California. A teacher of religion and spirituality and a prolific author, his books include The Avadhut, Twenty-Four Aspects of Mother Kali, Ten Divine Articles of Sri Durga, Sri Sarada Vijnanagita, Swami Vivekananda Vijnanagita, An Extensive Anthology of Sri Ramakrishna’s Stories, A Quintessential Yoga Vasishtha, Reclaiming Kundalini Yoga, and others. Founder and Artistic Director of Jai Ma Music, he is also an accomplished musician and composer who has produced over twenty-five albums of instrumental and devotional music to date.
A former editor of the Vedanta Keshari, and previously of the Ramakrishna Mission Home of Service, Swami Brahmeshananda is a senior monk of the Ramakrishna Order and until recently was the Secretary of the Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama in Chandigarh, India. Over the years his writings in Hindi and English have appeared in several journals, including Prabuddha Bharata, Vedanta Kesari, and Nectar of Nondual Truth. He specializes in themes related to Jainism. He is now retired and is living in Varanasi.
