Short essays are one of the major aspects of literature in prose form. This journey with the various aspects invoked in the light of self-adherence, various experiments related to verbalism, preciseness creates a never-ending impression on the minds of readers. Initially, the short essays centered around the personal aspects of a writer. Today, we see that from mere thought expressions the writers are seen moving towards soul expression. Short essays are gaining popularity among the novices. In this book, Dr. Anand Yadav scrutinizes the form of short essays in detail. In his study he has included the pre-short essay period and continued till date. He has specified the various aspects of short essays in the light of cultural, historical and analytical areas. This can be used as a mile-stone.
Dr. Yadav has expressed his observations clearly and firmly. His writing reveals a thoughtful discipline. Yet, its concise form will guide us well on the walk in the field of literature.
