others're saying the story didnt turn into garbage, but the MC here is a cuck. and other characters are poorly written as well. and the combat mechanics, it's bad, i'd rather stick with Log Horizon-like combat mechanics rather than waiting for like 10 secs to cast an ability that isnt even based on your level. it's trying so hard to be dnd, but it forgot what dnd is meant to be.

As a fan of epic fantasy sagas, I have grown to love the ever evolving cast of characters. My only hope is that we are reunited with others from book one. And develop their roles in the over arching story.. If you want a care free RPG... This is it.

Recommended I read ton of isekai genre novel. Mostly of them turn into something boring and predictable but this one is refreshing. and also easy to read even English is not my native language.
