Get Even: A dark thriller of murder, mystery and revenge

I have always loved Martina Cole from the first book I read I've been hooked :-) A friend gave me one of her first books to read they had got it from a charity shop and I have bought everyone of her book since then !! I think I'm missing a couple of her newer ones and since ivetarted reading them here I don't buy the books anymore which is sad so I may have to go and collect the rest to get my collection back up to date. Her books are always amazing and I boubthis will be any different can't wait to read it, only problem is when I start I can't stop and then that's me stuck in a book for days at a time lol. I will update when I finish reading this one :-)

I'm an avid Martina Fan, however I'm finding that reading her books is beginning to irritate me now. Her description of characters repeats itself throughout the book. The twist at the end was good, but it could be felt a mile off. I just hope Martina can spend a bit more time on her characters rather than churning out mediocre books year after year. This is still 4 stars purely down to my affection to her as an author and if your a Cole collector, it's a must have!

Too repetitive, chapters too short and quite boring. Was so looking forward to this book but hugely disappointed. Think she's struggling for story lines now , her past books are brilliant, it's a lot to live up to. Shame.
