A very good book. Not finished yet, however reading this has helped, all common sense, there is no mystery to how to achieve mindfulness. Using our minds mindlessly more often than we realise (daydreaming, thinking about the past, worrying about the future - all mindless and waste of our brains energy, and this book certainly assists us to realise this and to do something about it. Keep the mind focused on the now!!!

The book accounts a bunch of ppls whos lives were changed from being more mindful. Describimg how bad they were in detail and how better off they are now since being more mindful. No where does it ever say what they did to be more mindful. No techniques or practice to follow. I already kno im not mindful. All this author says is jon was always forgetting things and not doing well at work. Then he practiced mindfulness and now his great. How???!
