It is a journey through the numerous knots that we tie in life, and the ones we tangle and untangle them through personal experience. It explores the realities of mental illness and suicide, social taboos and violence against women, pain and darkness what people face in life, self-love and healing in all its naked glory. My Mind, their Thoughts resonates directly with the poet's heart, conveying to the readers that there is a way to break free from every struggle in life, but sometimes, some of these struggles are what we are made of.
