It explores the realities of mental illness and suicide, social taboos and violence against women, pain and darkness what people face in life, self-love and healing in all its naked glory. My Mind, their Thoughts resonates directly with the poet's heart, conveying to the readers that there is a way to break free from every struggle in life, but sometimes, some of these struggles are what we are made of.
