i mean, i feel like it could have gone more in depth into each habit and used real world people as repesentation. it would have gotten a better rating from me if it had done so, but its still good for sparking curiosity and giving the insite needed to lay the basic foundation for building habits that will benifit you in the long run. Read it,but do more research on the topics after and get info from multiple perspectives.

Recently i decided to make sure for wake up early morning,but i couldn't do it. But after following this rule i fully satisfied . And i am disciplining myself for 21 days,although i started just now but i am sure i can do it. Because, for make a habit we need to take decision ,and decision takes 0 seconds to several years. Thanks a lot of.

Learning to multi-task, tackling each task by breaking down into smaller tasks. Writing a note to clear misconceptions, and preceding to plan for the day upcoming. My opinion of the book is highly spoken to, but bad habits, are similar to a monkey-see monkey-do mentality, that is not appreciated by anybody.
