He was visiting senior lecturer of Indonesia Defense University, Indonesian National Army Command School, Indonesian National Military Command School, University of Indonesia, University of General Achmad Yani, University Malaya, Kuala Lumpur, Sunkyukwan University, Seoul, and Adjunct professor at the School of Public Administration & Political Science, University of Electronic Science & Technology China (Chengdu). He is the author of Public Policy for the Developing Countries (2012) and Social Policy for the Developing Countries (2013).
