About the author

Rocky Saenz, DO, FAOCR completed his undergraduate training at Baylor University. He then received his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from the University of North Texas Health Science Center, Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. Thereafter, Dr. Saenz completed his radiology residency training at Beaumont, Farmington Hills (formerly Botsford Hospital), an affiliate of Michigan State University, and a fellowship in cross-sectional imaging at the University of California in San Francisco. Dr. Saenz is currently a practicing, Board Certified Radiologist in Michigan, Vice-Chairman at Botsford Department of Radiology, Program Director of Diagnostic Radiology Residency Radiology at Beaumont, Farmington Hills, and Director of MRI & MSK Imaging at Beaumont, Botsford Campus. Dr. Saenz has published several books on the topic of computed tomography (CT).
