Seducing the Bachelor

Fantastic book! This author has an amazing way of packing a whole lot of story into a book of this length. Her writing style is very enjoyable and the characters are all well developed and truly come to life through the pages. Colt Ewing never wanted to return to Marietta but for his high school football coach he'd do it. A quick in and out of the town he couldn't get away from fast enough. When he arrives though he finds out he's been signed up to participate in the towns fundraising bachelor auction so he's stuck. The surprises have only begun for Colt though! Talon Reese has finally found her home in Marietta. She loves everything about the small town and knows this is the place she wants to raise her son Parker. After bouncing around the foster care system home and family are the one thing she craves. When her meddling friends bid on the obvious bad boy bachelor for her, she knows her world is about to be turned up side down. She has no idea how much! These characters were fantastic. Talon helps soften all the rough edges of Colt and she and Parker help Colt see what more life could offer if he can put his past behind him and start living for the future. This is a fantastic book and one I highly recommend.

Talon Reese is a single mom who isn't looking for a man to complicate her life. However when Colt Ewing sets his eyes on her at this years Bachelor Auction she begins to rethink her plans. Colt had a rough childhood living with his uncle and left town as soon as he was done with High School. Talon spent her childhood moving from foster home to foster home. Colt never planned to return to town until he was forced to return to deal with his uncles estate only to be roped into the auction. After Colt is "bought" for Talon he is forced to return to his childhood home and deal with his inner demons. I really enjoyed this book. The main characters were complete opposites but really complimented one another. I only wished there was more to the ending.

"Seducing the Bachelor" by Sinclair Jayne is book three in the "Bachelor Auction Returns" series. This is Talon Reese, single mom and veterinary student, and special forces sniper, Colt Ewing's story. Talon hasn't been living in Marietta very long but already loves this little town. She is trying to make the best possible life for her and her son. Talon doesn't have time for a relationship or so she thinks. Colt left Marietta and planned on never coming back. But, he has agreed to be a bachelor for the Marietta Bachelor Auction as a favor for his former football coach. Talon's friends decide that it's time that she have some fun. They win Colt for her at the bachelor auction. Talon has trust issues and Colt hates this town. But neither one can deny the chemistry between them. Will they take a chance on love? This is a great steamy romance, but doesn't stop there. There is so much more to this story. I loved how you could feel the character's emotions. The supporting characters are great too! I received a copy of this book from Tule Publishing for an honest review. FYI, contains mature content.
