About this eBook

Detective Kate Morgan is stumped, trying to decide when a case is really a case and when it belongs on her desk or someone else’s. She’s homicide and this? … This is something else, right? Following up the leads doesn’t help, only confuses the issue—until someone slips up or slips away literally.

Simon wakes, choking on water, drowning in the darkness of his night, struggling to understand what madness he is connecting to now. As usual, he has few answers, and the ones he does find make no sense. Add in a young man in desperate need of assistance—yet hiding something—has Simon caught up trying to help someone, who maybe doesn’t want help in the first place.

As Kate works her way through the details of multiple cases—or not cases—the realization is worse than anyone had realized.

I found Simon says Swim a Sensational Suspense . Detective Kate latest case is a mysterious drowning that maybe a murder . When several more drownings happen and witnesses see a man who may or may not be trying to help the victims Kate really starts investigating. Kate's boyfriend Simon has psychic gifts and soon is knee deep in her case . Soon they realize more is going on then Kate first thought . This story is outstanding . It's intriguing and suspenseful. It's full of twists and turns and danger . I highly recommend taking the time to read . I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Twisted!! Talk about an ending that you won’t see coming and this is it. Kate has a called to a scene of a drowning but is it an accident or deliberate. That is definitely the question to be answered in this new thriller. “Just when you’ve seen enough, and you think humanity is completely depraved, something like this comes along and proves you wrong.” Simon is getting strange waking communications that he’s never had before. You don’t really have anybody you can converse with on all things p

Simon and Kate seem to be progressing at a steady pace in their relationship, even though Kate still bawks a little bit around the psychic aspect of things. Kate has a limited amount of time to figure out if the case of a drowning is accidental, murder, or a suicide. Her boss won't wait forever, because the squad does have other cases needing to be worked on. An up all night, edge of my seat, with my jaw clenched read! What a great read!

About the author

Dale Mayer is a USA Today bestselling author who writes for the young, the old and those in-between – no matter what the age. Some of her books are hot, some are sweet. Some will keep you up at night with a light on to keep the boogie man away and some you’ll want to cuddle close.

She’s long given up on trying to fit a specific genre. Instead she honors the stories that come to her – and some of them are crazy, break all the rules and cross multiple genres!

And that’s okay too.

There is one guarantee with each book – it will be a great read – each and every time.
