'The Idylls of March' is the second book in Simone Leigh's "The Lover's Children" series and let me just say, it takes off at a mysterious run and doesn't slow down throughout the entire storyline! When this author comes out with a new book, I always know my heart is going to gallop and miss a beat here and there whether it's from the chemistry in the scenes or the chilling mystery that runs through the storyline. It did my heart good to catch up with Charlotte, James, Michael, Richard, Klempner, Mitch, all the babies, and even Georgie. I'm chomping at the bit to tell you what's going on and yet I want to respect Ms. Leigh's work. 'The Idylls of March' is sexy, heart-warming, chilling, mysterious, perplexing, and there's a part that made my heart sad for one of the characters. There is no way to read one of her books without becoming emotionally invested so here I sit, once again, waiting to see what happens in 'April Tears'.

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. As a serial killer is on the loose Klempner is getting restless . the family is all getting kids now and learning to except the past and move on . I know this is a short story ,but if you have been following along getting to know each character you will end up loving each one and all the parts to each one. Large or small. Fantastic keep bring us more of these characters please.

Superb as usual I love this second book even more than the first! Simone consistantly writes some of the hottest BDSM around and, even if not the darkest it is still screen meltingly hot. I'm so in love with Charlottes life I want to swap, even though after all theses books I still can't decide if I prefer her Golden Lover or her Master. They are both perfect in their own way.
