About this eBook

USA Today Bestselling Author Claudia Burgoa brings you a MM romance full of angst and tragedy that might turn to hope in a redemption love story that’ll break your heart and mend it all over again. Emotional, endearing, and full of romance

People think they know me.

They only know what I allow them to see.

I’ve learned to control the narrative.

I have secrets. So many, it’s hard to keep them straight.

I should let those secrets go, open myself to my friends.

Open my heart and allow it to love.

Break the grasp that the demons of my past have on me.

The only man who understands me is fighting for his life.

I put him there.

Zeke is suffering. He wants to move forward and forget the past.

Forward as in without me.

Friends. That is all he offers but I want more.

I can’t let him go.

But I can’t let the past go either.

When calamity strikes and wrecks the Sinners of Seattle again, Zeke and I are forced to deal with the aftershock.

And I can’t help but wonder if he’s next.

I can either stay away from him forever.

Or hold onto him while we try to survive.

Redemption, forgiveness, love, and second chances. This has it all. Zeke and Ethan's journey had me on edge and crying, angry, and fighting right along with them. The narrators do a great job of bring their slow burn conclusion to life. As we get to hear them through all their pain and their suffering, you could still feel the hope and the light at the end of the tunnel. My heart is happy now.

Ethan and Zeke have plenty to go through in this second book of their duet, after everything they have been through they need to find their true self and think about themselves before anyone else which is hard but necessary if there is any chance of them making it work in the long run. There are loads of emotions to go through during Ethan and Zeke's journey which at times you think will break one or both of them, you get loss, angst, disappointment, hope, self discovery and love.

Somehow Finding Us is the second book in the ‘Sinners of Seattle’ series. After the monstrous cliffhanger in book 1, I was kinda scared to start this book. I mean, I knew deep down, that the ending couldn’t have been ‘the end’ of Ethan and Zeke. Thankfully, it wasn’t, but these two still had a lot to get through and to discuss before they even got close to being together as a couple. To be honest, though, I’m not keen on the way this duet has been written. It’s more like a diary of their separate and joint lives. I didn’t really get inside their heads the way I’d normally do with 1st person characters. That’s not to say the writing wasn’t stellar. It was. The whole story is charged with angst, lust and a battle with addictions-drugs, alcohol and sex. Ethan and Zeke are still mostly broken for the majority of this 2nd part and it’s a slow-burner that leads to an amazing finish. This is a powerful, emotional story about love, loss and reconnections. Be prepared to cry, grit your teeth and in the end, smile. One-Click your copy today.
