First book I've read by Judy Blume since I was a child and loved her classics. Summer Sisters is a wonderful coming-of-age story as we follow Vix from her pre-teen days to adulthood, learning about friendship, love, family relationships and finding her own independence as a young woman.

I first read this book as a teenager. It is my absolute favorite book! I finished it in two days. Although I can't find my hard copy, I just had to buy it on Google books, so I could keep it forever and re read it whenever. The way the author tells the story of these two friends adventures and how their lives grow is incredible! A must read for every teenage girl! 🖤

My mom showed me this book that my grandma gave to her to read. She said it was a must read! So I read it & fell in love. It is one of the best books I have ever read and I will definitely read it again! Its a great book for teenager's!
