great book, especially if your new to cooking pulses like me. i learned so much and now im trying to make a meal with pulses at least once a day. i even soaked and cooked dried beans for the first time! so rewarding. the recipes are tasty and easy, i really recommend this book. the recipes are mostly vegan friendly and many of them have tips how to make it vegan or make it with meat.
