This story is about two college graduates who are very much in love and set out one day to be married. Being in love can have its ups and downs, but neither lover expected this shocking separation. For her, her life has been hurled into a tailspin. Through a quirk of fate, she is arrested for grand larceny, identity theft and embezzlement. The trial, and the spell binding ending, are exciting, poignant and up lifting. You will love the characters as they will become quite real to you. This tale is another of Ligotti’s page turning novels; one you will not be able to put down.
