Praise for Tracy Cooper-Posey’s historicals and suspense stories:

Tracy Cooper-Posey deftly blends historical detail with heart-touching romance, a beautifully rendered plot and compelling characters that will haunt you for days after you read the last page. The BookNook

Tracy brings serious competition to the big boys of spy thrillers.

If you like John LeCarre, Lee Childs and John Grisham, you will absolutely love this book. It far surpassed my highest expectations.

Ooh the suspense .... Who to trust!!

A page turner and a pure pleasure.

Adele (Adelaide) took me on a thrilling adventure in Edwardian England! A refined historical version of a swift and exciting spy thriller, I felt like I'd been caught up in the middle of a suspense mystery novel with only the best bits to read. What a thrill! Lady Adelaide, known as Adele, drew me in with her courage and aplomb. A compelling and remarkable character, especially during the Edwardian era when women were generally uneducated and therefore underestimated. I like that there is an expected ally but on whom Adele does not need to rely. The writing style is brilliant! Succinct and yet rich in the details that create historical immersion and scenes I found easy to imagine being a part. This is the first of a new series and I'm looking forward to reading more about her and the underworld of spy's in England whom she has pledged her efforts to uncover.

Thought this was a terrific story and the start of a great new series. A series that has a female spy during a time when that was unthinkable. She's courageous, spunky, and definitely not afraid to fight for her life or her honor. Can't wait to see what the powers that be get her into next.
