I had read this book in the past and loved it and reading it again, nothing has changed in that assessment. Having two characters that feel at odds with the feelings, the world around them, the situation they are in - it just makes for some good drama. Author and book are both worth following and reading. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

It is a hard book to read not because of the storyline (which is very interesting) but rather the way it is written. I found myself needing to take breaks while reading this book because I wanted to know the conclusion but it was tough to read. Started book 2 but it also has the same problem. It's a pity though cause I do like the concept.

This Omegaverse story was full of drama, an Omega in distress and a group of Alphas that are so very different from one another. There was a lot of detail that I felt was a bit like filler but I really enjoyed how the enemies to lovers worked out for Seeck and Nova. I do wish there was a bit more background on Seeck, but overall the story was really good and the promise that the other Alpha's in the pack would eventually find their mates as well is something I would look forward to reading.
