Cat and Gilley are back with another great murder mystery. Couldn’t put it down and devoured it in one setting. Scarlet Rubi is a super rich romance writer who comes to Cat for life advice then ends u being murdered. With a greedy selfish family there is no lack of suspect’s. Grabbing it and without looking back at Gilley, I made a swirling motion with my index finger and said, “Saddle up, Gil, and let’s ride.” Gilley is more like his old self which I absolutely love. “As God is my witness,” Gil said, holding up his palm and donning a thick Southern drawl. “I’d slap my mama for a tall drink ah fire retardant!” Your killing me with these cliffhangers. Laugh out loud fun and a mystery that will keep you guessing until the very end.
