Cat and Gilley are up to there old tricks again in this fifth installment. Murder and mayhem are front and center at the Tyler Texas rose festival. Gilley’s new Beau is a costume designer for the festival. When his assistant is murdered Cat and her friend are snooping into the case as usual. “This is Texas, honey.
