This 2nd novel in the Maztica Trilogy by Douglas Niles brings to life an exotic setting within the Forgotten Realms world.
Erix, the former slave girl, and Halloran, the legionnaire, flee from the waves of catastrophe sweeping Maztica. Douglas Niles is the author of more than forty novels, spanning the fields of fantasy, science fiction, and alternate history, including Kagonesti, The Coral Kingdom, Prophet of Moonshae, and The Druid Queen. He's been a contributor to the Dragonlance world for more than twenty years.
