Dr. Santosh Anand Mishra is born in a village named Mishrauli in Darbhanga district of Bihar. He is a young writer. He has completed Master Degree in three subjects: History, Hindi - Literature and Library Science. Ph.D.in History. He has also completed his LLB and B.Ed. Presently, he has been contributing his services as a teacher of History at D.A.V. Public School, Manpur, Kaiya, Gaya, Bihar. His first published book named " Rastriya Andolan ke Vacharik Aayam" has been awarded . He is quite enthusiastic and always keeps himself and updated with his perseverance. He is quite studious and has always been in quest of knowledge and learning. His knowledge as well as behavioural approach is quite positive and conducive.
