I don’t know whether to call this sweet with heat, or if it’s more heat with sweet, because Nick and Kelsey’s story is both spicy and utterly adorable. But then, I’ve always been a sucker for a good holiday themed romance. Ty is simply the most precocious little imp; I’m sure Kelsey had her hands more than full raising him to this point. I think he was my favorite part of the story, and his request to Santa left me just a little bit choked up. Now I’m just a little bit desperate to dig into Nick’s brother’s book to find out the rest of the story that gets hinted at in here.

The author has given us a heart warming story with this one. Nick agrees to play Santa for the community party and one of the children, Tyson, pulls at his heart strings. But when he meets Kelsey, the single mother of Tyson, his heart is fully involved with this little family. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

I enjoyed Nick and Kelsey's story. It's a short and quick read that is a good combination of sweet and sexy with a holiday twist. Nick is an interesting character that grows on you. Kelsey and Tyson are a perfect fit for him. The attraction between the characters is instant and the chemistry is off the charts. The plot is interesting and for the length nicely developed and well written. What a fun read!
