ओशो का योगदान इतना गहन और विस्तृत है कि उनके योगदान को किसी धर्म, देश, लिंग या उम्र में सीमित नहीं किया जा सकता। अपने साहित्य के रूप में जो उन्होंने पीछे रख छोड़ा है वह उन्हें सदा आगे रखता रहेगा। ओशो भविष्य के मनुष्य हैं, उन्होंने वह सब दे दिया है जिसकी आने वाले युगों में भी आवश्यकता रहेगी। ओशो का योगदान किसी व्यक्ति विशेष के लिए नहीं है। उनका व्यक्तित्व बहुआयामी है, इसलिए वह सभी संभावनाओं का आरंभ भी है और अंत भी। उन्होंने मनुष्य के जगत को क्या दिया इसके लिए उनके हर आयाम को जीना और समझना पड़ेगा, पर हर इंसान ने उन्हें व उनके योगदान को अपने नजरिए से सीमित कर रखा है। ओशो उनके आंगन से टुकड़ा भर दिखने वाले आकाश का नाम नहीं है। ओशो आकाश की तरह हैं, जिसे जहां से, जितना भी देखो उसके बावजूद भी वह कई गुना रह जाते हैं। यह पुस्तक ओशो के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों दिए गए योगदान को टुकड़े-टुकड़े में देखने का नहीं उन्हें पूरा साबुत दिखाने का प्रयास है।
