I enjoyed reading this book, which is straight to the point on each of the many tpics it covers. It is the colmination of several books covering motivational whys, to types of exercising routines, injury types and preventioand recovery amongst other topics, with the enthasist on the dual body and mental health improvement. A good nontechnical to start off and continue in a fitness regimen. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
