• Mohamed Ariff hold the Chair of Analytical Economics in the Faculty of Economics and Administration, University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur
• Joseph L.H. Tan is a Senior Fellow at the Institute of Southeast Asian Studies, where he has served for 11 years since obtaining his doctorate from Harvard University. He is also Coordinator of the Institute's ASEAN Economic Research Unit
