Liked this for the recipes. Nice to see food that looks good, tastes good and benefits your healthy lifestyle. Great guide if you're counting macros etc.I always found it hard prepping meals but these are Cheap effective meals that don't have to take a lot of time to make. Definitely worth the read 👌

I found the basic info on macronutrients really helpful - and despite what another reviewer said, it can be tricky finding a simple guide to this on the net. I'm already a good cook, so wasn't getting the book for the recipes, but enjoyed browsing through them. A sample meal plan for each of weight losers, weight maintainers and weight gainers might have been good too.

I was made to confirm my payment method where I entered my credit card number. It then read that the payment method was declined but I received a message that Rs. 50/- has been deducted from my credit card for a transaction in Google Market place. I bought nothing but my money was deducted, why is that so? Am I out here to donate money? That is really very disgusting. I still have the sample copy only?? Where is my full copy?? You people know to cheat your customers. That is pathetic.
